We would like to recruit another three to four caregivers to the leadership team; specifically an assistant treasurer to shadow, Amber, whose family is in their final year at RAUC.
If you would like to volunteer your time outside of school hours, you should consider volunteering as:
Update website regularly with event notices, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising information
Design event flyers, informational slidedecks and other communication materials
If you like organizing fun gatherings or stand-alone events, you should consider volunteering as a lead organizer for:
Collaborate with Student Government on dance theme, activities and food/snacks
Support Student Government with additional fundraising and creating dance decorations
Coordinate caregiver volunteers to help with dance set-up/clean up, providing snacks, ordering and serving pizza
Coordinate caregiver and 6th/7th grade student volunteers to help with providing snacks, and picnic set-up/clean up
Collaborate with caregiver volunteer team to book entertainment activities, provide snacks, set-up/clean-up event, and supervise activities
Secure baked good and lunch food donations from RAUC community and local vendors
Coordinate caregiver and student volunteers shifts on Election Day
Coordinate caregiver volunteers to help with providing snacks, creating thank you signs, staff break room set-up/clean-up, and ordering catering for staff
Reserve venue for community dinner
Organize bingo games and raffle draw during dinner
Solicit donations from local organizations/vendors and the RAUC community
Upload information onto online auction platform
Coordinate communications about auction launch/end, using the auction platform, and notifying winners
